JLLT is seeking a Program Implementation Manager to join our Project & Development Services (PDS) Client Delivery, Implementations & Engineering Services Team with a strong understanding of PDS project delivery.

This role would join the global Client Delivery Team providing overall service for complex business needs; inclusive of new system setups for new and existing client migrations. All services are designed to provide business capabilities in the most efficient and effective way while increasing business margin.  The role will be involved in multiple phases of service delivery including input on enhancement design, full configuration understanding of platforms, testing, demos and ongoing support.

What this job involves:

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned professional responsible for collaborating with the global Client Delivery team in setting up client  deployments, operationalizing new systems and supporting the maintenance of tools used by PDS’s global Variable and Work Dynamics clients. The role will report into a US based Global Manager and key to the role is exhibiting strong project management skills along with building a trusted-advisor relationship with the internal WD colleagues and clients.

Implementation/Organizational Activities:

Strong ability to drive requirements gathering, planning, coordination, and execution of implementing third-party applicationsWorking with key stakeholders, business, vendors and key technical leaders to help align functional solutions and executing a planManage multiple end-to-end project lifecycles and take ownership of delivering across all project stagesBe able to strategize with project sponsors, challenge outcomes and propose deliverables to ensure fit for purpose and scalable solutionsProvide regular detailed reporting on project status, calling out critical milestones, risks with impact and mitigations, bottlenecks and blockers with path to greenContribute to the development of project management methodologyProactively manage assigned projects/programs to ensure milestones are achieved within plan including proactively managing execution progress, managing communications, reporting status, managing resources, managing change, removing roadblocks and resolving conflictsManage and monitor project budget, resources, deliverables, quality, forecasting, milestones, and scopeProvides regular and ad hoc status reports on schedule, budget, scope, and deliverables using a standardized approachTracking and reporting of key milestones and business metrics; Creating data visualizations and dashboard summaries for executive-level management.Upon project completion, manage successful handoff to Business-As-Usual (BAU) teams, internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.Identify lessons learned from projects and contribute to ongoing improvement of supported projectsStrong ability to learn end-to-end knowledge of PDS’ suite of tools along with the respective application’s business purposeAbility to understand system configuration of technology set-ups for our ClientsOversee framework for operational deployment of various components of the productDefine and oversee in the testing and quality assurance of new features and componentsAbility to gather feedback from end users about useability and system performanceConduct demo and technical training as neededAbility to document functional and technical requirements from business requirementsTroubleshoot application functionalities with client teamsSelf-motivated, able to set priorities and work autonomously

Estimated total compensation for this position:

83,300.00 – 132,800.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
