Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the Execution Program Integrator (PI) for the Raytheon Poland Patriot Program. You will be working closely with, and influence the Patriot Product Line, LTAMDS Product Line, functional team members, and other business units to ensure alignment and consistency through key portfolio initiatives. Most of this work is through early stages of program execution including proposal development and negotiations, program startup, and early program execution.

The Poland Wisla Program is a unique and exciting opportunity as Poland is the first international customer for both IBCS and LTAMDS, working with multiple USG and Polish MOND entities.  The program has challenges that require innovative solutions to ensure that timelines are met. You will join a collaborative team working in a fast-paced environment to meet these high priority end user needs.

As the Poland Program Integrator, you will be primarily responsible for coordinating program teams in their execution efforts as well as through the multiple proposal efforts. This position will coordinate across multiple stakeholders to maximize consistency and implementation of program management best practices. You will assist with providing tactical direction for program execution and maintain program cadence to ensure contract and company requirements, deliverables, and reporting are met using the approved business model and management tools.

What You Will Do

Execute daily program cadence (battle rhythm) such as risk review boards, schedule performance management, customer reviews, IPT/CPT reviews, program management reviews (PMRs), staffing reviews, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitmentsUtilize a robust set of program metrics that accurately measure progress, identifies potential problems in sufficient time for corrective action; lead development of situational awareness charts and performance assessments to enable program success drivers by program leadership teamsPrepare, revise, update, and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, Integrated Product Development System (IPDS), Corporate and Business policies and proceduresDirectly support the program risk and opportunity process in accordance with specific financial goals and obligationsMeet business and contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s) within contractual boundaries and company expectationsDevelop program-enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations (typically organized into integrated product teams (IPTs) and/or cross product teams (CPTs)) including but not limited to Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support), and administrative functionsCapture and track program actions and working with action owners to ensure timely closure of actionsPrepare and manage all required product lifecycle artifacts and reviewsCoordinate customer program reviews, prepare for customer visitsSupport contract proposal process to include bidding, gating, negotiation, and start-up effortsExpected to support domestic and international travel as needed ~20% annually

Qualifications You Must Have  

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 7 years of experience is requiredExperience with financial analysis tools and project management tools and/or systemsExperience leading cross-functional teams to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support) and/or administrative functionsExperience preparing cost proposals and/or gate packages for management review.The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
