Job DescriptionThe Brand Marketing and Communications Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of Pilot Company's brand strategy. This role will provide exposure to various aspects of marketing, including brand management, social media, public relations, and creative development. The intern will work closely with marketing and communications professionals to contribute to the department's goals.
· Brand Management: Assist in developing and maintaining brand guidelines and standards.
· Social Media: Contribute to the creation and management of social media content.
· Public Relations: Support public relations initiatives, including media relations and crisis communications.
· Creative Development: Collaborate with creative teams on the development of marketing materials, such as advertisements, brochures, and website content.
· Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer insights.
· Event Planning: Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events and promotions
Pilot Company’s professional internship designed to provide on-the-job training and experience to recent college graduates. Engages in various work assignments, projects, and activities of varying complexity, structured to enable the intern to gain the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities needed to perform at a professional level, typically identified with a targeted exempt position. Receives training and mentorship in planning and carrying out activities and assignments. This is a 10-week paid internship program.
