Program Invoice Analyst (Field Based)

ERM is hiring a Program Invoice Analyst to support multi-disciplinary client accounts in Southern California (remote). The Project Support Analyst will support with project invoicing, finances, deliverable review, and miscellaneous project administrative tasks.

The Program Invoice Analyst will support various program management teams as well as the interdisciplinary teams that deliver projects within the program. This is a full-time (40 hours/week), limited-term role for a duration of 1 year, renewable.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with daily and ongoing tasks to support key client’s invoicing for a large utility program.

Support program management staff, including teams leading program controls and finance, resourcing and planning, and quality control.

Assist with the development and execution of effective plans of action to run the existing program, including innovative processes to improve program functions and productivity.

Support the development of new processes and work flows to adapt to rapidly evolving program needs in a highly fluid and dynamic business environment.

Communicate internally with the project finance team, tracking financial milestones to ensure timely payment and submittal of invoices.

Assist with analyzing program financial and operational metrics. Collaborate with senior management to resolve schedule and budget problems as they arise.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

3+ years of relevant experience in document review, invoicing, data analytics, and project management related skills.

Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and ability to focus and identify priority tasks to ensure timing invoicing to the client.

Advanced knowledge of excel and ability to organize and analyze large data sets.

Proven ability to support cross-functional teams including project managers, financial managers, and technical disciplines.

Ability to work with all levels of management and employees to promote a culture of safety and inclusion.

Outstanding organizational skills; demonstrated ability to handle a fast-paced consulting environment, with multiple priorities and strict deadlines.

Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills suitable for a dynamic work environment. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment; offer and receive constructive feedback and direction to support goals.

Pay Transparency:

For the Program Invoice Analyst position, we anticipate the annual base pay of $59,342.0– $72,030.40, $28.53/hr - $34.63/hr, limited-term, non-exempt.  An employee’s pay position within this range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.  We also may have instances where employee’s fall outside of the range based on the factors noted above.  This job may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/Flexforce employees are NOT bonus eligible).
