The Program Lead, Team Member Experience - Career Experience Design, is responsible for designing and implementing innovative learning programs that enhance the overall team member experience. This role focuses on creating engaging and impactful learning initiatives that align with the organization's values and goals. The Program Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver training programs that support team member development, engagement, and satisfaction. By leveraging feedback and data, the Program Lead will continuously refine and improve these learning programs to meet the evolving needs of the workforce. Ultimately, this role contributes to building a knowledgeable and skilled workforce that drives organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing multiple content projects simultaneously, requiring strong organizational and project management skills, including setting timelines, coordinating with team members, and ensuring deadlines are metLeverage technology to create engaging, high-quality content across various formats such as articles and videos. In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $98,500.00.
