As the Program Leader of the Future IT Leadership Program, you will play a crucial role in identifying and developing the future talent for our Digital IT organization. You will lead and manage the Global Future IT Leadership Program, which aims to develop and nurture the next generation of technical talent and leaders within our organization. This program will provide participants with the necessary skills, knowledge, and experiences to excel in technical leadership roles across Digital IT. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the development and growth of our IT talent pipeline. You will collaborate with senior leaders to recruit high-potential individuals and ensure the framework and development plans are in place to grow this talent. You will also oversee the execution of the program, including recruiting, training, and mentoring. You will report directly to the Sr Director IT and work out of either our Charlotte, NC or Phoenix, AZ locations on a hybrid work schedule.
