Program Lead - Future IT Leaders Program

As the Program Leader of the Future IT Leadership Program, you will play a crucial role in identifying and developing the future talent for our Digital IT organization. You will lead and manage the Global Future IT Leadership Program, which aims to develop and nurture the next generation of technical talent and leaders within our organization. This program will provide participants with the necessary skills, knowledge, and experiences to excel in technical leadership roles across Digital IT.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the development and growth of our IT talent pipeline. You will collaborate with senior leaders to recruit high-potential individuals and ensure the framework and development plans are in place to grow this talent. You will also oversee the execution of the program, including recruiting, training, and mentoring.
You will report directly to the Sr Director IT and work out of either our Charlotte, NC or Phoenix, AZ locations on a hybrid work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Lead and manage the Global Future IT Leadership Program, including the intern program and early career program
+ Design and implement development plans for program participants, including rotations, training, mentoring, and performance evaluations
+ Collaborate with senior leaders to align program objectives with IT goals and ensure we are developing talent to support our strategy and overall program success
+ Oversee the intern program and early career program, which includes over 130 early career participants
+ Lead the recruiting efforts for interns from universities, ensuring a global and diverse group
+ Establish and maintain relationships with local universities to establish the Honeywell brand and attract top talent
+ Continuously improve the program to offer opportunities aligned to ensure a strong pipeline of talent and stay aligned with industry best practices
+ Establish/ grow partnerships with local Charlotte High Schools, as well as lead the Catalyst program with select colleges / universities

YOU MUST HAVE
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, IT or related roles
+ Demonstrated project/program management skills
+ Organizational skills to keep multiple workstreams on track
+ Strong passion for and experience in developing and mentoring IT professionals
+ Understanding of IT industry trends and emerging technologies
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
