Hospitalist Program Liaison – Albany/ Troy Full time

What you will do:
Functions as a liaison for the patients and providers. Assisting is day to day operations of a Hospitalist Department. Tasks include but are not limited to, data entry, answering phones, emails, meeting set ups, and manager support.

What you will need:
A minimum of 3-5 years of secretarial/office experience at the administrative level
Excellent organizational and operational management skills
Function independently with ability to make and carryout decisions
Computer skills (Microsoft Office / Access/ Kronos)
Medical transcription
Data entry
Excellent written and verbal skills
Ability to record and transcribe minutes

Pay Range: $19.20-$25.58

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
