**Program Liaison- St. Peter's Hospital- Womens Educational Pgm - FT Days**
The Program Liaison will be a core member of our administrative support team assisting providers and staff with daily operations of a high functioning, fast-paced office. If you are an organized, motivated, detail-oriented person interested in developing your skills as an office professional, this is the position for you!

**What you will do:**
+ Event planning for all department meetings and education sessions
+ Assists with provider schedule
+ Answering phones, opening mail, reviewing faxes, obtaining provider signatures on paperwork
+ Maintains department office supplies, and paperwork
+ Data entry and analysis for department metrics
+ Liaison between hospital departments and external offices and providers
+ Performs clerical duties for Nursing Home NP, including receiving referrals, registering patients and entering charges
+ Assists other front desk staff in prioritizing duties on a daily basis

**Education Requirements** **:**
+ AAS in secretarial science or equivalent education / experience.
All new employees are required to undergo and pass all applicable state and federally mandated pre-employment screening requirements.
Pay range: $19.20-$25.58
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location
