**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** Day Shift **Description:** **Program Liaison- St. Peter's Hospital- Womens Educational Pgm - FT Days** The Program Liaison will be a core member of our administrative support team assisting providers and staff with daily operations of a high functioning, fast-paced office. Shift Differentials, just to name a few. **What you will do:** + Event planning for all department meetings and education sessions + Assists with provider schedule + Answering phones, opening mail, reviewing faxes, obtaining provider signatures on paperwork + Maintains department office supplies, and paperwork + Data entry and analysis for department metrics + Liaison between hospital departments and external offices and providers + Performs clerical duties for Nursing Home NP, including receiving referrals, registering patients and entering charges + Assists other front desk staff in prioritizing duties on a daily basis **What you will need:** + Motivated self-starter who thrives in office environment + Flexible and adapts to change easily + Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. + Someone who can work independently + Has great attention to detail + Quick learner who enjoys problem-solving **Education Requirements** **:** + AAS in secretarial science or equivalent education / experience. All new employees are required to undergo and pass all applicable state and federally mandated pre-employment screening requirements. Pay range: $19.20-$25.58 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
