Program/Logistics Analyst

Responsible for working with senior management on managing specific task order(s) and ensuring that technical/financial solutions and schedules for specific delivery orders are implemented on time. Direct and coordinate completion of logistical engineering projects within the area of assigned responsibility. Plan and formulate logistical engineering programs and organize project staff according to project requirements. Provide analysis of new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions involving scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components. Demonstrate competent writing and oral communication skills. Ensure quality products and services are delivered. Provide formal updates to cost, schedule, performance, risk assessment, and risk mitigation plans for the Patriot Recapitalization and Modernization Program, the Patriot Reset Program, and Foreign Military Sales Programs. Estimate project start and stop dates and ensure expenditure plans align with key program milestones. Apply logistics concepts to support Reset, Recap, and FMS policies, programs, and procedures. Develop and update statements of work (SOWs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Brief Program Manager, Director, Chief, Senior Military Leadership, and Midlevel Management on Recap and Reset equipment status. Develop fielding plans and conduct joint technical inspections with the units and the depot for all Recap and Reset equipment fielded or retrograded. Develop briefings, brief logistics issues, and recommend solutions for all PATRIOT power-related matters, including developing plans and providing leadership on logistic sustainment issues. Provide subject matter expertise managing the AMMPS Integration project, including budget planning for POM cycles, executing funding, and coordinating contracting requirements. Develop life-cycle product support strategies for AMMPS to support sustainment requirements and performance targets. Develop product support strategies for the PATRIOT Weapon System for the shelter Environmental Control Unit (ECU), GRC-262 radio, and Airborne Reconnaissance and Electronic Warfare System (ARES). Provide subject matter expertise for the maintenance, fielding, induction, provisioning, purchasing for the Recap and Reset programs and equipment “sell back” to Patriot units.

Required Skills: Level I Certified in Program Management, Level III Certified in Life Cycle Logistics. Computer skills must include proficiency in using MS products, including Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledgeable in project management tools, processes, and techniques.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: 20 years of experience is required. 10 years with the Patriot Missile Defense System knowledge associated with the fielding, deployment, and operational requirements.
