Program Management Analyst, Cyber

We are currently seeking a Program Management Analyst, Cyber to support PMA-268 at the Patuxent River, MD Program Office. The Program Management Analyst, Cyber will support cybersecurity program execution across PMA-268, ensuring the proper cybersecurity requirements, planning, management, and processes are being integrated and accomplished.  Additionally, the Cybersecurity Program Management Analyst will ensure proper management of all cybersecurity activities as well as ensuring alignment across all stakeholders. The candidate will apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyze requirements, status, budget and schedules. Perform management, technical, or business case analyses. Collect, complete, organize and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Track program/project status and schedules. Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

The Cybersecurity Program Management Analyst shall assist the PMA-268 Cyber Lead with the following:  

Maintain Cybersecurity Team Action Item Trackers Maintain cyber dashboard and associated data (PowerBI/SharePoint) Cyber authorization tracking MOU/ISA tracking CDRL tracking RMF POAM Tracking (Due, Dates, Status) Contracting Efforts Tracking (Due Dates, Scope, Status) Coordinate and run meetings in support of the PMA-268 Cyber Lead Provide support for PMA-268 Cyber Team document Routing/Tracking Maintain Removable Media Requirements/Binder Maintain PMA-268 Cyber Welcome Packet Establish a Cyber onboarding process/checklist Coordinate with the PMA-268 Schedule Team to sustain the cybersecurity schedule and align schedules with stakeholder schedules Defense Travel System (DTS) support to the cyber team 

Desired Skills: Power BI, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Teams

Required Experience: Journeyman - 3 to 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description. 

Required Education:

BA/BS degree.  Security+ certification

Allowable Substitutions:

6 years additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree. Associates Degree plus 4 years’ additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $44,054.40-$110,542.90 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.
