We are seeking a Program Management Analyst, Journeyman to support our Persistent Maritime Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program (PMA 262) Patuxent River, MD customer. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties, and possess the following education and experience: 

Functional Description: Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. 

Duties:

Analyze budget planning information to create SPIDs in the Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT). Experience with Program Management Tool (PMT) and procurement planning/management. Assist with the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) tool use and management. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Programs to include Outlook, Teams, Word, EXCEL, and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree with allowable substitutions. Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree. OR Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree. 

Required Experience: Three to ten years of experience.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
