Raytheon is seeking for a Program Management Associate Director to join the Global Patriot Poland program team. You will report directly to the Poland Programs Director and will be responsible for management of day-to-day execution of domestic production program activities. This includes direct responsibility for Global Patriot scope as well as indirect co-ordination for LTAMDS scope and other contractual deliverables – requiring multiple reporting and network channels both internally and externally. This role requires management of major activities in accordance with contractual requirements within planned budget and schedule. You will maintain and strengthen our domestic customer relationship while also managing strong communication channels throughout the Global Patriot and LTAMDS organizations. Effective leadership, coordination in a complex environment, integration and understanding of international cultural differences will be critical.
You will serve as a key leader for successful execution of the Patriot Poland program, setting the direction, leadership, and management for execution of production, growth, and AOP commitments for the organization with profit and loss accountability for all assigned contracts within the portfolio. You will also have the responsibility to indirectly manage functional teams to ensure flawless execution while meeting all contract deliverables.
What You Will Do
Accountable for meeting contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance of programs within the Poland program portfolioCultivate relationships with US government (USG) customer and other industry partners to ensure smooth execution of existing contract scope and to accelerate the capture of strategic contractsLead cross-functional organizations (Integrated Program Teams/Cross Product Teams) such as contracts, finance, supply chain, operations, quality, etc. to ensure flawless execution of program activitiesLeads the development of yearly financial targets for the assigned programs within the portfolio; accountable for meeting EAC, AOP, and other financial targets established by the businessAccountable for the execution of Program Management Plans and Program Directives consistent with program requirements and company policiesOversee proposal activities and applicable program management office gate reviewsSignificant interface with USG Acquisition organizations with a comprehensive understanding of USG Acquisition organization and strategies to help shape requirements and accelerate contract award for new scopeCollaborate with Poland Programs Director to develop program growth strategies focused on creating execution synergy between the CONUS and Polska teamsLead internal reviews and executive briefings pertaining to all pursuits to include, Gate, Color Teams & Strategy Reviews, contract negotiation/definitization & start-up effortsAbility to travel domestic and international on average 20% of the timeQualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 10 years of relevant experienceExperience in International Capture/Program Management and/or experience leading teams managing cost, schedule and technical performanceExperience with US DoD acquisition process; proposal or contract negotiation experience on capturesActive and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.Qualifications We Prefer

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
