Join our team as a Program Management Coordinator. This position will report directly to the Director of Program Management and is responsible for supporting meetings, taking notes, and communicating “to do” lists to the team/individual(s). This position will work directly with program management, manufacturing facility’s globally, corporate management, engineering and prototyping departments. This position may also support quote or launch opportunities, utilizing Tempel documents, or customer driven documents, preparing the plant for feasibility analysis. This position is remote, with little to no travel requirements. This role is focused on communication and accuracy, and requires an analytical self-starter with strong leadership skills, that can work independently in an unstructured environment.
Essential Functions
This position is responsible for supporting meetings, taking notes, and communicating “to do” lists to the team/individual(s). This position will support open action list meetings/events and support implementation planning; monitor local team progress; and communicate tasks for the successful completion of action items. Will work directly with program management, manufacturing facilities, corporate management, engineering and prototyping departments. This position may also support quote or launch opportunities, utilizing Tempel documents, or customer driven documents, preparing the plant for feasibility analysis. This position is remote, with little to no travel requirements. Responsibilities:
Attend virtual/Microsoft Teams meetings. Monitor overall project status globally – keeping the team aligned with all overlapping projects from a report out capacity Collects and records information/data during global meetings on designated formatted documents. Update team members of action items via email or Teams. Assists the program management team in record keeping which drives action. Administrative support to Opportunity/Feasibility studies. Other duties as assigned.Education and Experience:
Associate in Engineering (Bachelor of Engineering is a plus) Entry level to 5 years Highly skilled in Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Word, Excel Working knowledge of Team’s and Outlook 365 General Knowledge of GD&T concepts/drawings is a plusCompetencies:
