Program Manager Intern
Position Overview:
We are seeking an organized and motivated Program Management Intern to support our team in planning, coordinating, and executing various projects and programs. This role offers a hands-on learning experience in managing timelines, resources, and deliverables for initiatives critical to our organization’s success. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and milestones.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.Documentation and Reporting:Document project progress, risks, and issues, and prepare regular updates for stakeholders.Create presentations, reports, and other materials to support project reviews and decision-making.Resource Management:Help track resource allocation, budgets, and timelines for ongoing projects.Support in identifying potential bottlenecks and recommending solutions.Communication and Collaboration:Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items to ensure accountability.Act as a liaison between team members and stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.Process Improvement:Analyze current project management processes and propose improvements for efficiency.Contribute to the development and documentation of best practices and workflows.Risk and Issue Management:Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation plans.Monitor and report on issues impacting program progress, escalating when necessary.Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, or a related field.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira).Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills:
Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).Previous experience in project coordination or team leadership is a plus.Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) is an advantage.Benefits:

Hiring Range: $22.00 - $27.00.
