THE WORK
As a key member of our team, you will:
• Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership, proposal teams, and various functional departments to drive project success.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and status reports, ensuring alignment with productivity and quality objectives.
• Proactively assess project issues and develop effective resolutions to enhance client satisfaction.
• Monitor project progress through robust tracking mechanisms, facilitating interventions and problem-solving in partnership with project and line managers.
• Execute Earned Value Management (EVM) requirements and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct programmatic and technical reviews, briefings, and meetings with customers to ensure clarity and alignment on project deliverables.
• Support the day-to-day operations of the program by performing various administrative functions.

Basic Qualifications:
Control Account Management/Earned Value Methodology
Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking skills
Experience managing complex, large-scale projects with diverse teams across competing priorities
Have demonstrated ability to proactively identify and develop technical solutions to complex problems
10+ years of experience with bachelors degree, or equivalent experience
Ability to obtain security clearance
Desired Skills:
Previous LM Program Management experience
CAM certified
Masters degree
Active Security clearance
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
