Gorilla Glass strategic growth relies heavily on innovations. The objectives of the program management office are to ensure that all the key programs are moving at pace and are implementing the best practices and processes. Additionally, the PMO and strategy manager leads the Gorilla Glass annual strategic planning and provides in-depth analysis for ad-hoc programs, as decided by the division leadership. **Requirements** + BS or BA in any major + Minimum of 10 years of experience in a management role in strategy, product management or innovation management + Experience collaborating with senior executives and cross functional teams. + Strong quantitative and analytical skills, modelling experience; Drive decision-making + Independent and creative problem solver; Ability to question assumptions + Ability to clearly articulate programs strategy, business model, value-proposition and challenges with executives + Leadership presence and effective communication at all the levels of the division; Capacity to influence senior management + Collaborative worker with all the key functions (specifically development, finance, PLM, legal) **Desired** + MBA strongly preferred + Experience in finance or management accounting is a plus **Responsibilities** + In collaboration with D&E strategy, finance and corporate innovation teams, create and implement best-in-class analytical tools and processes for better program management; Establish connections inside and outside the business to bring in best practices + In collaboration with the division business team, establish the yearly prioritization of Gorilla Glass programs + Lead early-stage innovation projects as an acting program manager or commercial lead + Lead ad-hoc strategy projects (ie. market access, commercial wargaming, IP…), in collaboration with the division business team members + Drive the Gorilla Glass division overall annual strategic plan and springboard plan + Track the division progress against our top business objectives and our annual one-pager + Own the business annual risk management assessment and its tracking **This position does not support immigration sponsorship.** The range for this position is $147,188.00 - $202,384.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
