Program Management Support Specialist
Amentum has a future opportunity for a **Program Management Support Specialist** to support our program at **Aberdeen Proving Ground,** MD. In this role, you will use established procedures to provide program management support including preparing routine program and correspondence documentation, presentations and briefings, and reports. This position is contingent on contract award. _**This position is eligible for telework for those located in the commutable area**_ **Responsibilities:** + Compile inputs and assist in preparing program documentation such as plans, briefings, schedules, reports, correspondence, contracts/contract modifications, technical instruction procedures and/or related material. + Assist in the maintenance of master files and data related to program history. + Assist in the generation of program reports, spreadsheets, and databases to support program objectives and the analysis of data and program metrics. + Coordinate the preparation, scheduling, and execution of program meetings and prepare meeting minutes. + Track/review employee leave, overtime, education, travel and expense reports. + Review monthly invoices for accuracy and ensure necessary backup is included. + Manage and obtain approval for overtime, travel, and material/ODC expenses. + Coordinate new hire actions and track program staffing. + Conduct employee out-processing coordination and actions. + Coordinate employee travel with corporate travel agency and ensure compliance with JTR requirements. + Track program Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and manage employee hand receipts. + Ensures Common Access Cards, (CAC), Government accounts, building access and ID badges for employees are maintained and up to date. + Assist employees with requests for support. Provide support joining employees with members of the corporate staff for security periodic reinvestigation, expense report appointments, IT and personal HR needs. + Reviews employee’s timesheets and resultant invoices to ensure labor hours are charged correctly. + Assist employees with deployment preparation and ensure all required documentation and travel arrangements are completed. Track deployed personnel status and capture daily reporting. **Minimum Requirements:** + Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field and at least 3 years of job-related experience. OR a High School Diploma/GED and at least 5 years of job-related experience. + Must have an Active Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Secret Clearance. + Requires working expertise in the use of Office application software including word-processing and spreadsheet programs. + Proficient in the use of Microsoft office applications. **Preferred Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field. + Prior experience providing program management administrative support for Technical Services contracts for a Department of Defense customer. + Experience managing an Integrate Master Schedule (IMS) using Microsoft project. + Proficiency in developing data analysis products to include some knowledge in Power BI or other analytical tools. **Compensation & Benefits:** HIRING SALARY RANGE: $80k to $100k (Annual rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
