Program Management Vice President - Legal and Regulatory Change Management Program

As a Senior Program Manager within our Risk Management & Compliance (RM&C) team, you will have the opportunity to lead and enhance our Legal and Regulatory Change Management (LRCM) Program. You will collaborate with various internal stakeholders and play a pivotal role in defining governance requirements, overseeing procedures, and promoting continuous improvement. This role offers you the chance to make a significant impact on our organization by ensuring effective implementation of regulatory developments and promoting best practices for regulatory change management.

Job Responsibilities 

Lead and drive the Legal and Regulatory Change Management (LRCM) Program, with a focus on organizational goals, process improvements and reporting.  Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, compliance, and other business groups. Define and set governance requirements for change management processes to promote effective implementation of regulatory developments.  Oversee and maintain governance procedures and standards for the LRCM program. Manage training programs to raise awareness of LRCM program and requirements. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to measure program effectiveness. Prepare and present on program progress to senior management and governance bodies. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices for regulatory change management. Identify intelligent solutions and GenAI opportunities for process improvements.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities 

Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 10 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven success in managing large-scale, complex projects with significant business impact. Strong experience in compliance risk assessment and risk mitigation strategy development. Proficiency in Alteryx and Excel for data management and analysis. Excellent communication skills for executive-level engagement and documentation. Ability to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across business areas. Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Capability to mentor and develop project management talent.
