AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Program Manager, AGCO Business Services Outsourcing vendor management. The Program Manager, ABS Outsourcing Vendor Management Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing relationships with external service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, and compliant outsourcing solutions that align with the organization's global business services objectives.

 

Your Impact

Vendor Relationship Management

Managing Vendor Relationships and SLAs: Oversee and manage relationships with external service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, and compliant outsourcing solutions Single Point of Contact: Liaise with vendors to provide a single point of contact for all delivery to business units (as an interface to ABS) Risk and Compliance Management: regular communication, performance reviews, and addressing any issues that arise Managing Risk and Compliance: Define processes for risk, incident, and compliance management, and enforce compliance with regulations and policies Ensuring Compliance: Ensure that all vendor activities comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements

Strategic Vision and Planning

Defining Target Vision: Establish a target vision for centralized service delivery, collaborating with business-unit heads to identify processes suitable for automation or technology enablement, and determining which processes require human intervention Planning and Monitoring Transitions: Drive the transition of outsourcing

Your Experience and Qualifications

Master’s degree in business administration or a related field is required. An advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPM) is preferred. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or a related field. Extensive knowledge about the outsourcing landscape required. Previous roles within global outsourcing providers required. Significant experience within a global organization, preferably in a business services organization. Relationship Management: ability to manage and correspond with multiple vendors on a regular basis Interface Management: ability to manage interface to ABS functions and outsourcing vendor & providing insights on best outsourcing partner for selective activities (in mid-term) Strategic Thinking: The ability to develop and implement strategic plans for outsourcing and vendor management. This includes understanding the long-term goals of the organization and aligning vendor strategies accordingly. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills are essential for securing favorable terms and conditions with vendors. This involves negotiating contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing. Analytical Skills: ability to analyze vendor performance data and make data-driven decisions. This includes monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring vendors meet their contractual obligations. Technical Knowledge: Understanding the technical aspects of the services being outsourced. This includes knowledge of relevant technologies, processes, and industry standards. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively convey expectations and requirements to vendors. This includes both written and verbal communication. Business & Financial Acumen: Understanding the financial aspects of vendor management, including budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
