As a Business Advocacy Development Program Manager, you will be delivering and innovating multiple advocacy programs & geo led-campaigns across various routes to market in Channel Sales to deliver tangible business growth in the channel.DescriptionDescription- Collaborate with business leads in setting strategic priorities and goals - Conduct strategic analyses and detailed project management to drive new business initiatives - Liaise with key channel partners from Service lines of businesses and channels - Support ongoing forecasting and planning processes for budget management - Research, size and prioritize recommendations of new business and partnership opportunities - Develop a deep understanding of industry trends as well as driven threats and opportunities relevant for business performance - Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of building and maintaining high-achieving teams. - Possesses the ability to approach problems flexibly, with a willingness to adapt and modify one's approach without compromising on the desired outcome.Minimum QualificationsMinimum Qualifications12+ years of work experienceBachelors degree or equivalent experience from a reputed instituteStrong communication skillsKey QualificationsKey QualificationsPreferred QualificationsPreferred Qualifications5 to 7 years experience in planning, financial modeling, and quantitative analysis functions.Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail.Proven experience and ability to conceive, structure, perform, direct, and effectively communicate sophisticated data analysis at an executive level.Deep and tried proficiency in Excel and Keynote.Experience coordinating, leading, and influencing cross-functional teams across all levelsAbility to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with senior executives, including via formal presentations.Post Graduate degree (MBA or equivalent experience preferred)Education & ExperienceEducation & ExperienceAdditional RequirementsAdditional RequirementsMore
