Program Manager, Campus Recruiting
Overall Job Summary

This position is responsible for developing and leading the overall Campus Recruiting strategy for Tractor Supply.  This role is also responsible for full-cycle Campus Recruiting and will build on our existing intern program by establishing key Campus relationships that ensure TSC attracts and retains diverse, early career talent.    

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) Full-cycle campus recruiting to include the hiring and retention of diverse campus talent by developing new, innovative and sustainable experiences to recruit top talent.     Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop and implement a campus recruiting strategy that will achieve hiring goals for campus and entry level roles.  Expand on our current Campus Intern and Merchandise Development Programs to ensure a best in class experience.   Develop standard metrics to evaluate success for all programs and campus initiatives.  Partner with Manager, Employment Brand to drive brand awareness on campuses.   Manage the day to day design and implementation of recruitment processes and deliverables for campus hiring.  This includes hiring to plan and creating a regular cadence of updates to business leaders in collaboration with your experienced hiring teams. Partner effectively with HRBPs, Diversity & Inclusion, and key stakeholders to gain a detailed understanding of organizational goals and needs. Act as the talent acquisition lead at campus and conferences to identify top candidates, supporting hiring managers and facilitating streamlined hiring decisions. Build and sustain positive and productive relationships with internal stakeholders, external career services, faculty members, alumni, student organizations, professional associations and diversity groups.
  Required Qualifications

Experience: 6-8 or more years of work experience in HR with focus in Campus Recruitment

Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Management. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
 

Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.   Proven project management skills and the ability to independently manage multiple tasks within tight timeframes. Ability to forge strong business relationships with a diverse group of internal and external partners Work independently and demonstrate strong leadership skills.   Demonstrate strong proficiency in Excel and Power point. Proven experience in developing strong relationships in order to gain support and achieve results Successfully achieved results through strong project management skills, results orientations, and strong follow through  Demonstrated success in managing multiple deliverables simultaneously  Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required.
