Program Manager, Commercial Experience

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Commercial Experience Program Manager at Peloton is responsible for ensuring our commercial customers, and their exercisers, have a great experience with Peloton! This role has an opportunity to work across many cross-functional teams that will drive highly visible projects aiming to improve the commercial experience. They will collaborate with teams such as Product, engineering, sales, legal, accounting and more to build a business case, conduct discovery, scope and deliver key programs in line with strategic goals. This person will work cross-departmentally with partners at all levels, including senior management, to successfully deliver strategic programs.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

Identify ideas and initiatives that will improve the quality and experience of utilizing Peloton equipment in commercial spaces Lead large and small scale cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment Ensure all team members understand the business value and goals tied to the effort Advocate for the commercial customer, bringing the commercial POV to new and existing initiatives and products Prepare and manage project plans & project status score cards as well as related meetings Identify, communicate, and resolve dependencies, risks, and issues Proactively identify and raise risks and issues to key stakeholders; collaborate with teams to develop mitigation and resolution plans Work closely with Product and systems teams to ensure the commercial perspective is represented in their roadmaps Monitor and measure data, deriving insights that determine the success of past programs and inform new potential programs that will improve commercial experience metrics

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

4+ years experience in B2B strategic program management, operations or consulting 2+ years of experience leading software, hardware or customer success focused change programs with complex systems and global reach You are self-motivated, willing to take action, pragmatic, and intellectually curious An excellent communicator, both written and orally; experienced in creating communications and presentations for multiple levels of staff and executives regularly You are comfortable with ambiguity and running with a problem to identify both short term and long term solutions Ability to speak and translate between technical and non-technical business partners Track record of successfully carrying out program and project management across post sales or customer success focused initiatives Ability to foster and build a collaborative working relationship with various stakeholders Ability to manage constantly evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment and lead teams through change while maintaining a can-do mentality Fitness industry or Peloton product knowledge is a plus

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. Our base salary is just one component of Peloton’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes annual equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan as well as other region-specific health and welfare benefits.
