(Primarily remote however must live in Texas area or be willing to relocate.)
Work hours: Full Time Days (8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday) for 40 hrs/week.

What You Will Do
The Program Manager, Cybersecurity Policy Communications & Training supports policy, standards, communications, and training development, management, and oversight needs of the Cybersecurity Program.
Training Development and Management
Lead the development and management of cybersecurity training and certification program. Develop, review, and deploy cybersecurity curriculum, training, and education products. Develop and manage schedule training product delivery. Working with program stakeholders perform training needs assessments. Develop metrics and measures to track training compliance and training effectiveness. Working with program stakeholders to address and resolve training compliance deficiencies.
Policy and Standards Development and Management
Research and develop policies and standards that are compliant with federal, state regulations and industry practices Manage policy and standards review schedule. Collaborating with peers and stakeholders, identify gaps in policies and standards
Communications Management
Leads the development and management of a cybersecurity awareness and communications program. Work with stakeholders to coordinate and develop cybersecurity awareness communications. Assess the effectiveness of communication awareness products.
Professional/Personal Growth
Complete annual training requirements. Engage in professional training opportunities. Maintain compliance with corporate and department policies, procedures, and standards.
