Program Manager, Data Center Operations

You'll foster critical relationships to identify areas of improvement to develop and guide global tools and solutions:

Plan, organize, and manage data collection projects, including establishing project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.Coordinate and collaborate with global cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are successfully met.Monitor progress of assignments, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and implement appropriate corrective actions to keep projects on track.Present assignment progress, challenges, and recommendations to key stakeholders, both internally and externally, using effective verbal and written communication skills.Collaborate with the technology team to enhance data reporting and visualization capabilities, ensuring the delivery of actionable insights to stakeholders.Identify discrepancies, anomalies, or gaps in data and work closely with relevant stakeholders to resolve any issues in a timely manner.Advise on project/phase/program budgets and financial forecasts by collaborating with Regional Leads and project teams, ensuring data quality and alignment with program goals.Manage end to end Corrigo Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).Develop and manage training and playbook materials. Full understanding of the MSA and deliverables to the client, including KPI supportStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.Develop relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. Facilitate conversations with these stakeholders to understand the business, change management impacts, assist with managing expectations, and solicit feedback.

Ability to lead through influenceHighly organized, show high level performance with managing multiple projects, and extremely agile with the ability to effortlessly pivot at any moment.Experience leading and managing process improvement initiatives and projects.Proven experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation roles.Excellent change management and stakeholder engagement abilities.Expert level data analytical skills and ability to articulate stories through data.Attentive to detail and accuracy - particularly numbers and data integrity.Microsoft Office proficiency with the ability to create executive level presentations.A bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, project management, or related field is preferred.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

103,180.00 – 149,600.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
