Program Manager, Digital Transformation
Job Description A capital equipment client in Fremont, CA is looking for a Digital Transformation Program Manager to join their team! This individual will be in a leadership position and assist with transitioning BPR to a large-scale, complex, solution / deployment phase. This role will be very collaborative, working with multiple lines of business including, but not limited to, manufacturing, supply chain, product development, and finance. Responsibilities for this role will be rolling out capabilities and digital developments to scale for past and future growth. Skills and Requirements - 6-8+ years of experience in program management, operations, quality, or continuous improvement activities managing a digital transformation for a high-volume manufacturing company/client.  - PMP certified  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence and message complex content in front of peers, executives, and stakeholders.  - Strong knowledge of operational processes, data, tools and improvement initiatives that are focused on business efficiency and development.  - Proficient with ERP, PLM, MES - Semiconductor background experience  - Bachelor's, or higher level education degree, in business, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering or relevant field.  - Consulting background or experience. Compensation: $80/hr to $91/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
