Ideal candidates will have a software background with hands-on experience in designing and implementing large-scale, mission-critical enterprise applications and web-based systems. Experience in machine learning and/or AI is a strong advantage. Experience with implementing external-facing solutions while ensuring compliance with Privacy and Legal requirements is essential. This role requires excellent judgment, leadership, and strong oral and written communication skills. Success will also depend on your ability to drive decisions through consensus, influence change effectively, and resolve conflicts with confidence.DescriptionDescriptionThe Corporate Systems Engineering team, part of the Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) organization, delivers a diverse range of solutions, supporting key business groups such as People, Finance, Sales, Retail, and Legal. We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Program Manager to lead the execution and delivery of several critical generative AI-based solutions. As a key leader on the Corporate Systems Engineering team, you will collaborate with end users, IT professionals, and global Apple business leaders to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge in usability and functionality, meeting evolving business needs. The ideal candidate has experience managing enterprise systems projects with cross-functional, global, and organizational impact, particularly in areas like HR, Payroll, and Retail. Flexibility to adapt to various roles, combined with deep expertise in enterprise applications for complex problem domains, is essential. Responsibilities: Work with technical leads and architects on defining the organizations roadmap. Work with technical and business stakeholders to implement standard process. Work with business stakeholders to translate requirement into system solutions. Work with global business leads and end users to collect requirements and enhancements for new and existing systems. Negotiate costs, delivery schedule and milestones for optimal results. Own the entire system delivery, program plan, monitor program progress and manage resources to ensure high quality and timely delivery. Manage review process and artifacts for application development toward the goal of standardizing them across the organization.​ Monitor and report the product stability in production and ensure system is robust and properly supported. Provide regular updates on program status to senior management and business leaders. Communicate directly and independently with customers, IT professionals, and developers in the analysis and resolution of development and production situations. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
