In this role, you will maintain a high bar for our pricing and promotions quality on endcaps to surprise and delight our customers across both instore and online channels. You will work cross-functionally with Category Managers, Marketing, Program Managers, and Support teams to deliver best-in-class value across the grocery space.


Key job responsibilities
-Lead proactive quality audits to deliver an excellent customer experience
-Build roadmaps and uncover opportunities to improve endcaps quality and effectiveness
-Execute manual corrective actions and design automated mechanisms to prevent pricing errors
-Uncover opportunities for trade marketing improvements and optimization
-Contribute to director level endcaps reviews to report on the quality of our plans
-Consult with strategy teams to ensure all initiatives meet a high bar for quality
-Partner with BI & Product teams to inform on tool or data improvements needed
