Job Summary:
Under limited supervision, uses extensive knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience to support Advisory Mastery Program by proactively identifying and developing strategies that enhance the quality of educational/training programs, processes and services. May lead large or multiple projects with potentially significant scope and business impact. Provides comprehensive solutions to complex problems. Results are evaluated at agreed upon milestones for effectiveness in achieving specified results. Extensive contact with internal customers and external partners is required to identify, research, analyze and support training and program reporting needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Participates in establishing objectives and developing processes and procedures to ensure efficient and timely work flow through candidate/associate life cycle.
•Partner with instructional design team on course and curriculum development of the Advisor Mastery Program (AMP).
•Develop relationships with home office and external partners to ensure FA trainees are benefitting from best in class intellectual capital.
•Lead ongoing, active dialogue with Branch Managers to create awareness around the AMP Program and provide guidance and receive feedback from other key stakeholders.
•Handle basic inquiries from Branch Manager and trainees regarding the AMP Program.
• Monitors, evaluates, and reports on coaching program’s effectiveness and success through analyzing and reviewing performance reporting of engaged Advisors for program changes and enhancements.
• Plans, assigns, monitors, reviews, evaluates and leads the work of others engaged in providing administrative support to the Experienced Advisor Coaching Programs to coordinate training.
•Responsible for hiring, coaching, and developing program coordinators.
•Ensures the quality of educational delivery and results by developing and maintaining appropriate metrics and ensuring that post event evaluations and analysis are performed.
•Attends national conferences, as required, to supervise learning solutions staff and educational classes, including layout and set up.
• Collaborates with VP of Experienced Advisor Coaching to create and manage program operating budget.
•Facilitate training classes as needed.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements:
•Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline and a minimum of eight (8) years’ related experience such as training, learning and development, coaching or program management.

Licenses/Certifications:
•SIE required provided that an exemption or grandfathering cannot be applied.
• Series 7, 66 or 63/65.
