The Work Experience Program Manager will join the Future Pathways team, and this person will report to the Senior Manager - Global Future Pathways.

Overview: 

The Future Pathways team is seeking a Work Experience Program Manager based in Dublin to join our team and play a key role in ensuring we are delivering the highest quality work experience programs. This person will develop frameworks, structures and content for various work experience programs. They will also run the programs, and in close collaboration with the broader Global Workforce Development and FutureForce teams, recruit and enable employee volunteers to deliver parts of the programming. This individual must possess a passion for developing and creating career opportunities for untapped talent, have experience working with young adults from socially mobile/untapped backgrounds and experience building strong relationships with internal and external partners. 

Job Duties:

Research landscape, frameworks and best practices for work experience programs 

Research, identify and establish relationships with workforce development partners to identify participants and track impact 

Facilitate outreach, recruitment, & oversee additional registration operations to source and secure participants 

Develop curricula for work experience programs; collaborate with external partners and business unit stakeholders to source and build engaging content aligned with program goals 

Deliver and facilitate work experience programs (in person and/or virtually); moderate workshops and/or small groups of untapped talent (and sometimes employee volunteers) 

Establish relationships with internal partners to run outstanding work experience programs for different target groups 

Manage program operations and logistics, including but not limited to coordinating events, invites, and workshop logistics for internal and external partners


 

Additional Responsibilities 

Build slide decks and other promotional materials for Workforce Development work experience programs 

Provide general operational support (data collection, logistics, etc.) for apprenticeship programs 


 

The preferred candidate will 

Proven experience working with young adults ages 16-24, particularly from under-served communities 

Be able to relate to and work with diverse populations (e.g. young adults, senior executives, non profit partners etc.) 

Have experience with work experience programmes or similar work-based-learning initiatives, preferably in the Ireland labour market

Have experience in leading program operations and logistics; have desire to straddle both programmatic and operational responsibilities; strong ability to multi-task 

Have experience running virtual experiences, strong facilitation skills and engage young adults and run events in person and online 

Have strong project management skills 

Have strong written and verbal communication skills; strong presence and leadership with public speaking and facilitation 

Have excellent organizational and time management skills 

Be a self starter and balance working with teams
