Program Manager, Global Legal Mail Process - Global Scaled Compliance Operations
**Summary:** We are seeking experienced Program Manager with a solid foundation in project and program management to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the global legal mail process, ensuring it is seamless, efficient, and well-coordinated. You will be the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams and will play a key role in shaping how legal mail is processed, routed, and tracked. You will also collaborate closely with another program manager who owns processes and operations to align on key initiatives and ensure overall program success. **Required Skills:** Program Manager, Global Legal Mail Process - Global Scaled Compliance Operations Responsibilities: 1. Manage the global legal mail intake process, collaborating with the facilities group to understand how the mail is routed, delivered, and processed. 2. Influence and update triage rules for efficient sorting and routing of legal mail. 3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement improvements to the mail intake process. 4. Ensure that legal mail is forwarded to the correct legal department parties in a timely and efficient manner. 5. Partner with Cross Functional Partner teams to ensure systems are set up for success, including working on automation, system upgrades, and migrations when necessary. 6. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency in legal mail processing. 7. Ensure systems are fully integrated and aligned to support routing and tracking of legal mail across the organization. 8. Collaborate with the other program manager responsible for the process and operations of the legal mail program to ensure alignment of objectives and responsibilities. 9. Coordinate with legal and other teams to ensure effective communication and handling of sensitive legal documents. 10. Build relationships across departments and act as a liaison between legal, facilities, and IT teams. 11. Ensure timely delivery of mail and address any intake or routing issues, working with relevant stakeholders to resolve them quickly. 12. Develop and maintain performance metrics and reporting to track the success of legal mail routing and intake processes. 13. Provide regular updates to leadership on program status, challenges, and areas for improvement. 14. Track compliance with internal and external mail handling regulations to ensure that processes are in line with organizational policies. **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 15. 8+ years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on operations, systems integration, and process improvement. 16. General knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (Jira Software, Asana, etc.). 17. Understanding of cross-functional collaboration and demonstrated experience of working effectively with teams across departments. 18. Experience with system setup, migration, and automation initiatives. 19. Experience in communicating effectively with a broad range of teams and stakeholders. 20. Problem-solving, demonstrated experience of proactively identifying and resolving issues. 21. Bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration, Legal Studies, Operations Management, or similar field. 22. Project management certification, Scrum Master, etc. **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 23. Knowledge of legal mail, intake, and processing practices. 24. Experience working with legal or compliance teams. 25. Familiarity with legal document management systems or similar tools. 26.
