The Individual Supports (IS) Program Manager is responsible for the successful administration and management of the clinical, budgetary and business operations of the Individual Support Program. In this role, you will provide administrative supervision to all IS employees the IS program. The Program Manager should also be proactive and focused on individual advocacy, empowerment, and community integration.

Minimum Education Required High School Diploma/GED Responsibilities Organize staffing functions to provide appropriate and efficient consumer contact, services and satisfaction.Monitor scheduling of staff across the program to ensure economy and efficiency of consumer contact and program coverage. Provide program coverage when needed.Manage administrative processes and requirements in consultation with the Administrative Director. Complete and document weekly supervision with staff and yearly performance evaluations.Conduct bi-weekly staff meetings, including monthly training opportunities.Ensure all required staff trainings including division mission and values are up to date and monitor implementation.Maintain constructive and productive internal and external communications with staff, managers, providers, vendors, and funding sources.Provide hands-on support to individuals two days a week.Ensure health and safety of individuals and staff through compliance with agency policies, OSHA and other safety standards.Monitor the individual support plans to ensure they are person-centered and support the individual’s life goals. Coordinate weekly appointments and activities to ensure that all social and medical needs are met.Complete monthly billing (SDRs) for the IS program ensuring all established deadlines are met. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent degree and two years of administrative/program experience, or Bachelor's Degree. Experience with administrative functions including supervision of staff, hiring, terminations, staff development and evaluation. Familiarity with state human service systems and related treatment philosophy.Strong computer knowledge.Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and ability to use good judgment.Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail.High energy level, superior interpersonal skills and ability to function in a team-oriented environment and as well as work independently.Must hold a valid driver's license, have access to an operational and insured vehicle and be willing to use it to transport clients.Strongly prefer a candidate that will have a demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations.
