Together we will simplify and scale the ServiceNow community with a robust Partner Experience strategy to together deliver exceptional value to our shared customers.

The Role:

The Program Manager, Partner Engagement will help refine, or reimagine, the tools, resources, and knowledge necessary to enable the ServiceNow partner ecosystem specifically for our GenAI capabilities within our Platform (all Now Assist products). This person will help drive the right enablement resources at the right time to partners; to help them reduce ramp-up time and sales cycle for quick scaling. This person will learn and come to deeply understand existing ServiceNow products, partner sales approaches, and implementation requirements to provide continuous improvement across all new product offerings, Family and Store releases. GenAI will be at the forefront of what you will be delivering.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a software SaaS environment, with an ability to quickly obtain a strong knowledge of our workflow offerings. This role requires a well-rounded individual who has excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and analytical skills; proven experience in stakeholder negotiations and management; as well as a proven track record in driving, executing and tracking partner enablement.

A strong ability to drive and manage a wide range of enablement initiatives and partner engagement strategies is a must. This person will be capable of working in a fast-paced environment and will be passionate about enabling others. They will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Create a unified partner plan for Gen AI, aligning Partner Engagement with the overall strategy for the Family and Quarterly releases for all Now Assist products ensuring partners are well-informed and aligned with the release objectives (and tied into the greater Partner Experience GenAI plan)

· Execute and coordinate Family Release twice a year ensuring Partners have access to the latest assets and enablement is executed in a timely manner

· Execute and coordinate Store Release twice a year ensuring Partners have access to the latest assets and enablement is executed in a timely manner

· Execute and coordinate the introduction of all new products (NPI), supporting Partner Capacity and Practice targets.

· Lead the Program Management for our Platform Partner Enablement plan.

· Track and update internal new product tool, as well as any other tool or deck with the latest status for NPI/GenAI so that leadership understands the output of our efforts in a timely manner. Identify any risks on time and inform leadership of any mitigation plans.

· Work cross-functionally with other partner-oriented teams across the organization I.e., (Partner Marketing, Partner Solutions and Partner Programs) to ensure a holistic Partner approach

· Strong project management skills throughout the project lifecycle (e.g., requirements gathering; stakeholder management and communication; and driving tasks on a timeline to completion)

· Provide key data analysis of enablement programs to ensure that the team is delivering impactful resources

· Identify gaps in knowledge and processes - and work with all levels of leadership (internal and external) to ensure rapid deployment of training and tools needed to address those gaps

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

· Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in partner ecosystem organizations within IT or software with a demonstrated track record of successfully executing enablement programs for partners

· Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

· PMI-PMP certification is a plus

· Experience with AI/GenAI

· An understanding of what motivates our partner community, our internal stakeholders and our sales organizations

· Familiarity with customer/partner relationship management system analytics

· Ability to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, team environment while managing multiple competing priorities

· Diplomacy, integrity, and presence that enables you to work effectively at all levels within a large heavily matrixed organization

· A positive demeanor, with a sense of purpose and the ability to enjoy doing the most impactful work of their career
