Do you want to help drive innovations in the e-commerce space? The Amazon Brazil team is looking for a highly analytical Program and Partner Manager to drive the Payments business strategy for Amazon.com.br. We are looking for a smart and innovative leader who is self-sufficient and thrives in ambiguity, and can drive results across external partners, internal business teams and technical teams. This position involves regular communication with senior management, therefore effective executive presentation skills are essential.
The ideal candidate will be strong in the following areas:
• Program management working together with technical teams to improve payments products and customer experience
• Project management, including creating business justifications and functional requirements for product and features
• Partnership management to drive initiatives to improve payments performance
• Strong data analysis experience, extracting insights that drive business decisions
• Business management, including creating business strategy and managing program metrics
Key job responsibilities
We seek an experienced Program Manager with Payment Industry expertise to lead Local Payment Methods (LPM) initiatives for Amazon Brazil. The ideal candidate will manage critical payment strategy programs while working independently in a fast-paced technical environment. Key responsibilities include managing stakeholder relationships, both internal and external, to improve customer experience with local payment solutions.
A day in the life
* Lead improvements across technical and business teams to enhance payment processing efficiency
* Develop and optimize flows with local payment partners, including PIX and Boleto, to increase customer satisfaction and transaction success rates
* Establish and maintain performance metrics for local payment partners to ensure system availability and escalability.
* Communicate daily with global stakeholders in English to coordinate projects and deliver status updates
