Program Manager, People Operations

We are looking for a motivated Program Manager to join the CTO Strategic Initiatives team focused on workforce planning and execution (Lighthouse). In this role, you will report to the Head of Lighthouse. As a key member of this dynamic group, you will be responsible for cyclical workforce planning activities, including collaborating with various team members, partners, SMEs and managers. We need your passion to build a world-class organization and work environment through driving workforce planning activities and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver key projects.

What you'll do

Execute on cyclical workforce planning programs with a focus driving clarity and efficiency for the CTO organisation

Build strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders across the People & Program Management team

Lead multiple programs that include transition of services, process improvements, transformation & automation, new program design, etc.

Independently handle the Light House Program creating scalable processes, ensuring alignment with company strategy, commitments, and goals

Proactively handle and communicate ongoing changes in the project scope.

Proactively manage and communicate ongoing changes in project scope. Effectively set and communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.

Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities. Leverage change management methodologies, process and tools to support adoption of the changes across work streams.

Minimum 5+ years in Program Management (ideally in Tech or HR space)

Exposure to workforce planning, data analyst, or similar role

Must have previous experience in program management and strategic operations role

Prior experience in managing large-scale workforce change projects & programs

Experience with data gathering, processing, validation and visualization.

Excellent communication skills with the skills to explain business problems, concepts and issues to a varied audience.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to business-driven changes.

You take ownership in situations to identify right stakeholders and drive the expected outcome.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
