Program Manager, Podcasts, WWFE - Enablement Innovation Center

As a Program Manager supporting podcasts in Worldwide Field Enablement (WWFE), you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our podcast initiatives. You will assist in managing podcast production timelines, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and support the delivery of high-quality content to AWS Field teams. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure podcast projects are on track, manage deliverables, and support the continuous improvement of our podcast strategies. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about storytelling and content delivery, with strong organizational and communication skills. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Understanding of Agile or similar project management methodologies. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with project or program management, especially in content creation or media production. - Familiarity with podcasting or other digital media platforms. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. - Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - A passion for storytelling, learning, and content delivery. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
