The Prime Video Global Operations Programs team is seeking a Program Manager, Production Operations, Marketing Localization to help scale a centralized marketing localization program for Prime Video. In this role, you will be focused on streamlining production workflows related to the localization of marketing materials of all types (including but not limited to key art, title treatments, trailers and platform metadata) and finding new and innovative ways to continue to raise the bar in quality, accuracy and efficiency.

The Program Manager sits in the Central Marketing Localization (CML) org and serves a critical leadership role within the Amazon MGM Studios and Prime Video organizations and reports directly to the Head of PV Global Operations Programs. Grounded in customer obsession with a hyper focus on insist on the highest standards, the CML team enables tactical delivery of localized assets for marketing campaigns across Amazon Original Movies, Series, CAM, Local Originals, and MGM.

The Program Manager is responsible for developing the long-term vision, infrastructure, operational frameworks and projects needed to scale production best practices for localization to meet the growth and complexity of the business.

The ideal candidate is very comfortable with autonomy, they are skilled at collaboration across teams and understanding how to both influence, and work through other groups to meet business goals. They are willing and able to handle administrative day-to-day while also collaborating and contributing to process planning and rollouts for future growth potential and efficiency.

Key job responsibilities
- Liase between Studios Production, Marketing and third-party localization vendors on work related to the translation/adaptation, casting, recording, and versioning of Amazon Studios/Prime Video Originals marketing campaigns for global launch — while streamlining operations and achieving alignment across a variety of global vendor and internal teams.
- Project and Program Governance: Establish and enforce project governance processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and best practices. Develop project documentation, templates, and guidelines to facilitate consistent project execution, and contribute to established reporting mechanisms.
- Program Management: The development, implementation, and maintenance of a program, which is a collection of projects and activities that are managed together to achieve strategic objectives.
- Project Performance Monitoring: Track and report on project progress, milestones, and deliverables. Conduct regular project reviews and identify potential risks and issues. Provide recommendations to address project performance gaps and ensure timely resolution.
- Resource Management: Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional team leads to allocate and optimize resources across projects. Monitor resource utilization and capacity, and make recommendations to ensure efficient resource allocation and availability.
- Portfolio Management: Support in consultative capacity on the selection, prioritization, and alignment of projects with organizational goals and objectives. Assist in project portfolio planning, forecasting, and budgeting exercises. Provide insights and recommendations on project selection and resource allocation decisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders. Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes. Ensure timely distribution of project status reports and key updates to stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess project management processes and identify areas for improvement. Propose and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency, quality, and overall project delivery effectiveness. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project management community.
- Lead strategic initiatives that improve process and cost efficiency, including exploration of new vendors and management systems to incorporate into our operating model.
- Architect scalable localization practices that can serve Prime Video marketing teams worldwide.
