Program Manager, Quantitative Research Operations
Description We are offering an opportunity for a Program Manager, Quantitative Research Operations to join our team. The role involves managing the internal survey program, translating research needs, and driving innovation to enhance efficiency. As a part of this role, you will be expected to interface with different internal teams and external partners and contribute to the development of a streamlined survey review process. Responsibilities: • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the survey review and approval process to ensure overall survey health • Effectively communicate quantitative research needs to internal tooling teams to unlock necessary survey functionality • Identify and implement opportunities to innovate and build efficiency, ultimately empowering quantitative UXR to deliver impact across the organization • Develop and manage a streamlined survey review process to ensure smooth operations • Build and maintain documentation and trainings on survey tooling and quantitative-specific processes • Collaborate with the internal Survey Platform Team to submit tooling feature requests and ensure proper prioritization on development roadmaps • Work with quantitative leads and legal teams to establish appropriate survey policies and partner with survey approvers to ensure enforcement • Identify process gaps throughout the design and research process and suggest tools or improved processes to drive efficiencies • Recognize best practices and knowledge gaps and collaborate with internal and external partners to create ongoing training materials • Innovate on our survey practice to improve survey data and/or increase researcher efficiency. Requirements • Strong communication skills to effectively converse with team members, stakeholders, and external partners. • Proficiency in documentation for maintaining transparency and clarity in operations. • Experience in training staff members and developing comprehensive training materials. • Solid background in operations management, preferably in a research environment. • Ability to develop, implement, and enforce policies to ensure compliance and efficiency. • Proven experience in conducting and managing research projects, preferably quantitative research. • Commitment to quality, with an ability to conduct thorough reviews and implement improvements. • Demonstrated experience in design, particularly UX design, is desirable. • Ability to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external. • Familiarity with best practices in the field of quantitative research and operations. • Strong prioritization skills to manage tasks and deadlines effectively. • Experience in market research, with a focus on quantitative analysis. • Ability to translate complex data into understandable insights. • Familiarity with Qualtrics, Sawtooth or Prolific is a plus. • Understanding of approval and review processes within a research context. • Knowledge of privacy policies, with a focus on data handling in research. • Proven experience in quantitative analysis and its application in research.
