Description We are offering an opportunity for a Program Manager, Security II (Contractor) to join our team based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This position falls within the engineering industry and involves managing complex security and compliance projects, ensuring control systems comply with industry standards, and collaborating with various teams to integrate security measures into all applications, infrastructure platforms, and networks. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Guide and oversee the management of highly complex or enterprise-wide security and compliance projects.
• Collaborate with diverse teams, including development and devops, to ensure security measures are integrated into all applications, infrastructure platforms, and networks.
• Utilize extensive knowledge of Project Management methodologies to manage large digital security initiatives, migrations, or threat response processes.
• Represent the security needs of the organization across projects, providing expertise and assistance with security issues.
• Educate IT and business teams about security policies and consult on security issues regarding user built/managed systems.
• Assist in the development and review of key technical support deliverables related to compliance audit reviews and controls monitoring.
• Build trusted partnerships with both management and technical resources to facilitate collaborative problem-solving.
• Develop program plans tailored to specific situations and manage associated risks, driving issues to resolution.
• Manage and create security documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Gather, organize, track, and summarize information about large and complex problems to aid in decision-making and problem-solving. Requirements • Proficiency in documentation and operations management.
• Demonstrated experience in technical support and compliance.
• Proficient in planning processes, review, and database management.
• Experience in human resources administration and project management.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Knowledge and experience in security and consulting.
• Skilled in database development and networking.
• Familiarity with digital engineering.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Proven ability to work with various stakeholders.
• Experience with monitoring tools and executing projects.
• Ability to oversee migration processes.
• Proficiency in web app development.
• Experience in managing deliverables.
• Demonstrated ability in collaborating with diverse teams.
