Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Program Manager, SME to support one of Credence’s premier space programs where we are providing a broad range of acquisition capabilities and integrated program management solutions. This work will encompass space related research, development, production, operations & maintenance, and lifecycle acquisition activities directly impacting the Military Communication (MilComm) and Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) Directorate.

Salary Range

Full salary range for this position is $140,000 to $250,000 per year, with the starting salary determined based on candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, as well as budget availability.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below Oversees the Program Acquisition Support (PAS) personnel responsible for Information Management to include but not limited to developing, facilitating, updating and/or coordinating 3-letter and 4-letter level briefings, tasks, reports, media queries, public releases, and special projects supporting paragraphs.Responsible for managing the coordination of the following areas:Information RequestsRespond to data calls, document reviews, acquisition reporting, travel requests, media requests, and other mandatory reportingConfirm program documentation is consistent with applicable standards and report findings to the government Management Effectively receive, document, generate, distribute, track and close tasks at the 2-letter and 3-letter levels to the maximum extent possible.Schedule and distribute recurring tasnts and program related activitiesResponsesReview staff responses for Government approval, distribution and closeureResearch, Analysis, and Reporting Provide subject matter expertise with the development of strategic long term planning for MilComm PNT DirectorateAssist with schedule implementation and delivery of services Compile documentation for milestone or other major reviews by senior officialsCommunication Provide articles, speeches, and testimony on the Directorate operations and initiativesMediaReview, coordinate, and process program information suitable for public release to industry, media, trade publications, international partners, and other program stakeholders.VisitsCoordinate PEO organizatons vistits Education, Requirements and Qualifications DoD Secret security clearance is requiredBA/BS in a relevant field is required, MA/MS degree is preferredPMP certification is preferredTen plus (10+) years demonstrated relevant experience is required     Provides strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff; Provides detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues; Consults with client to define need or problem supervises studies and leads surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareEmail this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
