Responsibilities
Design and Deliver Talent Management Solutions Research, benchmark, and implement innovative talent management programs aligned with DENSO’s business goals and global best practices. Develop and optimize performance management systems, incorporating continuous feedback, goal alignment, and evaluations to support a high-performance culture. Goal Alignment and Organizational Impact Design and implement goal-setting frameworks to ensure alignment across individual, team, and organizational levels. Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to equip them with tools, training, and resources to deliver talent initiatives effectively. Leadership and Employee Development Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention, aligning talent programs with initiatives that foster organizational commitment. Data-Driven Program Optimization Use talent analytics to evaluate program effectiveness, identify trends, and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure talent outcomes and provide actionable insights to leadership. Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement Lead change management efforts to drive adoption and alignment of talent initiatives across the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate talent management solutions into broader HR and business strategies. Coaching and Collaboration Provide coaching and advisory support to HRBPs on talent reviews, career development, and best practices in employee development. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging stakeholder feedback, organizational learnings, and external benchmarks to refine talent strategies. Technology and Tools Leverage HR systems and tools to support the scalability and efficiency of talent programs. Emerging Trends and Innovation Stay informed on emerging trends in talent management, incorporating innovative practices to maintain competitive and effective programs.Minimum Level of Education and Training Required
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (Ph.D preferred). 8+ years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or related fields.Minimum Level of Knowledge and Skills Required
Strong project management expertise, including the ability to identify and schedule process steps, allocate resources and staff effectively, and report on project milestones. Skilled at adapting project timelines and milestones to overcome obstacles and ensure successful outcomes. Advanced analytical abilities, with a talent for gathering and interpreting organizational-wide data. Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Strong negotiation and influencing capabilities, adept at advocating for positions while maintaining a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes. Proactive in anticipating future needs and aligning initiatives with business strategy. Committed to continuous improvement and driving innovative solutions. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and extensive experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Basecamp, Wrike, Smartsheet, and similar platforms.Salary $110,000-$126,000.
