Program Manager, Tech- Talent Acquisition Technology
**About the Role** We're looking for a dynamic Program Manager to join our Talent Acquisition Technology team within People Technology. In this key role, you'll collaborate with Product Managers, Program Partners, Engineers, and Talent Acquisition teams to design and implement innovative tools that drive our recruitment efforts. You'll report directly to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Technology. In People & Place (P&P), we focus on all aspects of people-related functions to ensure our employees worldwide are empowered to do their best work. The People Tech team drives transformational initiatives within the P&P function, fostering innovative approaches to simplify processes, tools, and systems. With a focus on scalable solutions, the team continuously seeks to improve efficiency and enhance the employee experience across the organization. **What the Candidate Will Do:** - Conduct data analysis in collaboration with the People Analytics team to provide key metrics supporting HR and Leadership decision-making. - Analyze system performance metrics related to HR objectives and key results (OKRs). - Build and improve Talent Acquisition processes throughout the recruitment life cycle. - Collaborate with People Infrastructure and Business Technology teams to manage requirements, sprints, and system updates. - Serve as a point of contact for service-related inquiries, triaging and escalating issues to engineering when necessary. - Partner with stakeholders to understand and define requirements. - Liaise with Technical Program Managers (TPM's) and Engineering teams for sprint planning and execution. - Monitor the health and performance of systems and tools within the Talent Acquisition sector. - Support analysis, design, deployment, and testing of new system functionalities, upgrades and patches. - Prioritize initiatives based on available resources, impact level and desired business outcomes. - Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding, accountability and engagement in RFP processes when necessary. - Collaborate with Leadership to prioritize, plan, and execute key initiatives. **Basic Qualifications:** - 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 2 years administering or supporting Talent Acquisition (TA) tools (e.g., ATS such as Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters, Workday, Oracle). - Experience using Jira or similar ticketing systems. - Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. - Strong communication skills, able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Knowledge of HR processes and best practices. - Proven ability to partner effectively with Talent Acquisition teams. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Self-starter attitude, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving; you thrive in environments where you are empowered to take ownership of your work. - Strong sense of curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset, always seeking new ways to innovate, optimize processes and contribute creative solutions to enhance team and company goals. - Ability to independently identify areas for improvement and implement effective changes, showing a passion for experimentation and learning. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$125,000 per year - USD$139,000 per year. For Seattle, WA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$113,000 per year - USD$125,500 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
