Work directly impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of campaign execution & revenue.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Partner with internal teams to ensure Existing Customer marketing campaigns are designed and executed flawlessly to meet business goals.
+ Engage in implementing test strategies and applying critical thinking to identify and mitigate potential issues. Assesses for impacts and potential need for additional testing to ensure overall channel integrity.
+ Collaborate with business partners to execute campaigns/projects/initiatives that drive Cards ECM growth and greater customer engagement.
+ Make decisions and recommendations based on analytics.
+ Identify and manage issues to resolution.
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
+ Partner with Cross functional teams to execute Cards Lending projects & initiatives from inception to implementation.
+ Provide Subject Matter Expertise support to cross functional teams including Lending partners, Marketing, Operations, and Risk.
+ Partner in the development of new oversight process to track and maintain reporting across Lines of Business
+ Work cross functionally with key stakeholders to develop process to capture and retain reporting information
+ Create & manage cross line of business oversight process for offer fulfillment validation
+ Develop Senior leadership level monthly review of oversight reporting findings
+ Identify and support control automation opportunities
+ Proactively identify, promote and deliver opportunities for enhancements and automation within the realm of promotional offers and campaigns.
**Qualifications:**
+ 6-10 years of experience in Marketing and retail bank/financial services industry experience.
+ Requires attention to detail, advanced project management skills, good communication and problem-solving skills.
+ Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once.
+ Creative problem solving and sense of ownership.
+ Solid communication, presentation and project management skills.
+ Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
**Additional Qualifications:**
+ Must have extensive working knowledge of technical systems that support Credit Card offers across Acquisition/ Existing Customer Marketing, ITSS offers platform and campaign execution process.
+ Extensive experience working on strategic initiatives and technical implementation projects for Acq & ECM Cards Lending & Sales Growth offers.
+ Extensive experience defining scope and writing business requirements for Tech projects.
+ Detailed knowledge of backend systems that support customer response channels including Digital, Customer Service, Sales/Retention.
+ Ability to seamlessly navigate and speak to both Marketing and Technology aspects of projects and campaign processes.
+ Must be able to effectively navigate a high stress, fast paced environment.
+ Marketing, Credit Cards and/or retail bank/financial services industry experience required
+ Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Excel.
+ Must have strong analytical & organizational skills, attention to detail and be proficient in excel and PowerPoint.
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

**Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:**
$114,720.00 - $172,080.00
