Cleaver Brooks Sales and Service is looking for a Program Manager – Planned Maintenance and Remote Monitoring to join our team in Texas. The Program Manager will lead efforts to grow the program to 1,000 operating systems within three years. This role combines strategic planning and tactical execution to develop the product, market, and company while meeting customer expectations. The Program Manager will leverage internal teams, CRM tools, and market intelligence to identify leads, generate sales opportunities, and drive business growth.
This position requires expertise in maintenance excellence, familiarity with boiler systems, and a passion for leveraging IoT technologies. The candidate will conduct market analysis, collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare and standardize proposals, and create compelling sales materials. A hands-on approach, cold calling, travel, and continuous learning will be critical to success in this role.

Essential functions:
To develop the product, the market and the company both tactically and strategically to grow the CBSS Planned Maintenance and Prometha (Remote Monitoring) business to 1000 operating programs in 3 years. To leverage the sales team, the Prometha team, the operations team to overcome obstacles and deliver results and meet customer expectations To utilize all sources available for identifying leads and developing sales: Stack Chaser to identify all potential targets for planned Maintenance and Prometha application the CB manufacturing reports for equipment shipments for our territory to identify upcoming opportunities for Planned Maintenance and Prometha Leverage territory weekly sales meetings to be aware of upcoming equipment opportunities Leverage Sales Force for all opportunities for lead, opportunity and quote tracking Work with Operations to find potential clients needing Planned Maintenance and/or Prometha Develop and produce weekly call logs and visitation reports Be willing to cold call across the territories with existing and potential clients Write and standardize sales proposals and follow up Work with CB Prometha team for updates and improvements aimed at simplifying and accelerating the implementation of the new technology across all markets. Drive employee knowledge and training for Planned Maintenance and Prometha Develop, compose and leverage case studies for sales presentations with clients Willing to travel with operations team to sites Complete all training required to become an expert in the field of maintenance excellence.Basic Requirements:
Education:
Some College and/or equivalent industry experience required, Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or similar is preferred Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce for lead tracking and opportunity management beneficialExperience:
2 – 3 years of working experience with boilers beneficial Hands on experience / working knowledge of boilers and boiler systems required The successful candidate will be someone interested in using that knowledge to further their career in the field. A background in mechanical systems maintenance tools and technology as well as implementation of IOT solutions would be beneficial to this role.Physical Skill & Effort:
Physical demands may require ability to endure frequent physical activity, work long days and handle outdoor elements including a variety of weather conditions. Must be able to access all parts of the boiler to examine boiler design and repair work, including climbing ladders, enter confined spaces and use proper PPE, including harnesses when over 6 feet off the ground.
Working Conditions and Hazards:
Work will be a mix of office and field/site conditions. Exposure to a variety of weather conditions on site can be expected. Job specific safety training will commonly be required prior to new projects to identify risks and required mitigation steps.
