It's a natural next step in our “Closer to You” strategy and allows brands to conveniently connect to our customers with personalized recommendations and experiences. The NMN team is expanding and seeking to hire a Program Manager who is a motivated self-starter who can help implement structure and systems as well as report out our program health. This will require a strong understanding of multi-faceted marketing programs as well as a broad understanding of operational tools. A career at Nordstrom is fun, fast-paced and challenging. Day in the life…
+ Ability to manage through both long term (6+ months) and short term (monthly) projects
+ Create and own program reporting and visuals including Monthly Business Reviews, revenue and forecasting reporting, tool roadmap, and program health dashboards
+ Deepen your knowledge of the program processes, tools and applications we support
+ Lead SaaS tool implementation and enhancements from a project management perspective, to include launch plans
+ Create and/or drive process documentation and training materials
+ Support teams through utilization of tools and systems
You’ve got this if you have…
+ A bachelor’s degree in business management, Analytics, Technology or similar field or equivalent education/experience
+ 3-5 years Media Operations or Program Management experience
+ Advanced in Microsoft Excel, including experience with creating custom reports, using formulas and functions, analyzing data, creating pivot tables, conditional formatting, VLOOKUPs, and queries
+ Proficient in PowerPoint
+ Proven track record of working with complex programs with multiple teams and functions
+ Ability to work independently to deliver detailed outputs including decks and reports
+ Passion for accuracy and detail
+ Experience with marketing tools, project management tools, and sales enablement tools
+ Strategic thought and prioritization: ability to solve problems, propose solutions, and deliver results
+ Strong process, change management, and project management skills

Pay Range Details
The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
Washington: $92,000-$155,000 annually
This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
