GVI Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Manager to join our Team in Keyport, WA.
Position Responsibilities:
The Program Manager will lead a team of senior and journeyman level mechanical and electrical engineers. The program manager will be responsible for the overall execution of the contract to include providing support for project planning, personnel management, project risk management, resource scheduling, status reporting, issue resolution, financial management, quality assurance, and earned value management. This program will encompass the full spectrum of the acquisition lifecycle to include Preliminary Design Reviews, Pre-Production Model Development, Prototype Development and Test, Quote Development, Produce and Test First Articles, Production Acceptance, Production Readiness Review, and Production Support. The technology domains for this program will include: Undersea Acoustics Measurement and Test, Material Acquisition Support, Cable Fabrication, Circuit Board Layout, Circuit Troubleshooting/T&E, software development, Metallurgy, Modeling and Simulation, Schematic Design and Analysis, and PCB Process Engineering. Engineering responsibilities will include: Cyber Test and Evaluation, Depot Level Processes and Procedure Development, Design of Shop Tools, Environmental Testing, Facilities Support, Engineering Drawings, Facilities Support, Industrial Engineering, In Service Engineering Support, Systems engineering responsibilities will include Requirements Definition, Concept Development and Concept Selection, Reverse/Re-Design Engineering and Engineering Analysis, Technical Documentation Packages, Technology Assessment, Test and Evaluation System Support, Test and Repair Process and Procedure Development, Test Sets, Test Set Support, and Training.Position Requirements:
A minimum of five years of experience serving as a Program Manager building and managing engineering teams with similar scope. Experience in Navy Program Management responsibilities desired. (undersea domain preferred) Familiarity with Lightweight and Heavyweight torpedoes a plus. EDUCATION: Bachelors degree required (STEM or business management field preferred).
