Ghostrock Systems Development, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Manager in Norco, CA.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Meet with a Government representative on a weekly basis for task updates.Provide analysis of trends, cost forecasts, recommendations related to skills and labor category requirements, work load planning, and task management for the performance of the assigned tasks. In addition, the Contractor shall submit a personnel roster monthly IAW Contract Data Requirements List Provide a written monthly status report IAW CDRL A001 for each subtask to the Task Order Manager and to the individual subtask manager or designated Government representative. The monthly report shall address progress toward program milestones and performance measures.Provide a monthly financial report, which shall address the status of funding.Provide an as required check-in report for all new hires.Provide a Standard of Practice Procedure report.Provide a Security Incident report.Provide a training requirement report.Provide a check-out report

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Requirements:

 Associate's Degree

Minimum of 5 years relevant experience

Preferred Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Management

Minimum of 8 years relevant experience
