About the Job:

Data and customer obsession is at the heart of every step/decision/move made at KeepTruckin. This role forwards our goal of turning data and real time visibility into more efficient fleets and safer drivers. It will be focused on supporting our customers to identify and mitigate risk better, 24/7/365. 

As a Program Manager, you will manage a team of 50+ data analysts, who work on customer facing data products and also analyse/annotate data for internal usage. Quality of annotated data determines the accuracy of models trained on it. Operations and processes for the curation of annotated data is a direct determinant of the quality. 

You will be responsible for owning and refining operational processes, creating and implementing operational strategies, and drive the innovation that will not only determine the continued success of our current Safety products, but will also lay the blueprint for the future. 

The Program Manager role demands a self starting, challenge-seeking problem solver. We’re looking for someone who is process-driven, detail-oriented, and organized, but also excited to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty. The role will require split time working hours to ensure smooth collaboration with a global team.

What You’ll Do:

Build and Maintain a Productive and Fun Team. Build and staff the operations, manage scheduling, and general administration of our annotation team. Create a fun, inclusive, and safe work culture.

Detail Oriented, Prompt, Problem Solving - We operate 24/7/365, involving multiple tools and stakeholders. Nature of work requires proactively moving things fast and well.

Stakeholder Management- You’ll be working with Product, Engineering, R&D, Marketing and Support teams. are continuously striving to add to our value proposition and innovate . This role will require extensive collaboration with RnD Engineers working on data problems for which the team annotates data.

Process and Data Driven - Create new processes and constantly optimize existing ones based on data.

Wear many different hats. This role will have ownership over areas including managing a large and diverse team of varying backgrounds and skill sets, overseeing our daily operations, hiring, training, coordination with Workplace, IT, HR and Recruitment.

Growth Mindset. Ability to learn new skills and grow with the role. We plan to expand the type of data analysis/annotations we do and this role will be charged with supporting and overseeing additional operational processes and projects as and when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Required:
Bachelor’s degree
 3+ years of relevant management experience (20+ team members). 

You’re a good fit if you have leadership experience in a fast-paced work environment and strong analytical ability.

Black belt in crisis management, conflict resolution and problem-solving.

Comfortable with SQL, learning new software tools, and deep diving into our data lake.
