 ALQIMI is currently seeking a Program Manager. 
  


POSITION BRIEF

The successful candidate is a dynamic, highly motivated self-starter who will fulfill numerous roles and responsibilities and be comfortable in an unstructured environment. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage a team producing mission critical “vet & protect” analytical products as deliverables to various government (IC/DoD), commercial and academic clients. The successful candidate will report to the Vice President of National Security Sales.

LOCATION

This is a flexible WFH/WFO model with in-office days located in Arlington, VA on hybrid basis.

Our SPEARTM application allows agencies to understand all elements of the OUSD Critical Technologies List portfolio, enabling identification of national security risks, improved acquisition targets and commercialization roadmaps. Our RAAVNTM IEW application is used by the USAF & JPEO to detect Integrated Early Warnings related to CBRND threats around the world using unstructured, publicly available data using machine learning- and statistical based anomaly detection.

 

Program Manager - FORGE Responsibilities

Lead a team of analysts in ensuring mission success for multiple contracts utilizing ALQIMI’s FORGETM platform. Conduct impeccable administrative planning, provide project management documentation, and oversee day-to-day processes and tools. Liason directly with the clients ensuring high visibility with clients, ease of conflict resolution and capture of new ALQIMI opportunities to serve the mission. Ensure high quality output from the analysts through proper expectation management, training and mentoring. Act as lead editor for “unified voice” across all reports produced by different analysts as well as high quality assurance. As sole author of some reports, conduct all-source analysis of publicly and commercially-available information (PAI/CAI) and sources. Ensure all deliverables – reports, persistent stare and other features – are delivered with the highest quality standards. Research, plan and produce analytical products in support of ALQIMI’s client and development efforts. Assist clients and development efforts in a wide variety of ways by using our AOSENTM platform, tools and tradecraft to find insights in OSINT (government and commercial) structured and unstructured data sets. Work seamlessly with our Data Engineering and Product teams to driver new data sets and functionality into the FORGETM platform. Explore new data sources, craft effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources and visualize them in creative ways to be presented to clients and prospects. Support data ingestions processes for finished reports; provide sourcing and references in accordance with ICD 203 and 206 standards. Assist with virtual (mostly) and in-person (less frequently) demonstrations using ALQIMI FORGETM, and create presentations that depict research findings via Microsoft-Office applications

Program Manager Must Have Qualifications

Minimum six-years of US DoD/IC analyst experience, including experience as an all-source analyst in an US government classified environment producing finished, all-source analytical intelligence products in accordance with US government analytical standards, tradecraft, sourcing, and classification requirements Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write for a variety of audiences and provide editorial reviews of draft reports and products Extremely high attention to detail and commitment to quality High proficiency using MS Office tools and applications Candidates must be well organized, team focused, and possess critical thinking skills Candidates will have strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with government and industry personnel at all levels of seniority
