Responsibilities*

Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities

        Responsible for the development and ongoing management of the specialty and home delivery pharmacy program.        Responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing necessary workflows to meet growing and dynamic service needs within specialty and home delivery pharmacy.        Identify, assess, and implement novel software and hardware solutions in coordination with area and Department leaders to drive efficiency, productivity, and service expansion.        Focus on continuous improvement to identify improvement needs to drive programmatic efficiency and productivity to meet patient care and customer needs.        Maintain physical systems and software to ensure peak efficiency and minimizing nonproductive downtime in partnership with health-system resources.        Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and maintain strong relationships        Manage time in an effective yet flexible manner to meet area and Department needs.        Perform other related duties as assigned based on area and Department needs.

Required Qualifications*

        Minimum 2 years of relevant pharmacy experience.        Strong time management and written and verbal communication skills        Strong, independent analytical and problem-solving skills with emphasis on attention to detail.        Demonstrated ability to work well with large, diverse teams        Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines        Experience with task scheduling, data reporting, and resource assignment        Demonstrated experience with project management including tools to create, manage, and track progress

Desired Qualifications*

        Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience        Experienced user of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint        Project Management Training or Certification        Process Improvement Training
