Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for IoT and Cloud projects, aligning with organizational objectives and technological advancements.

Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to timelines, Service Assurance, timely billing & collection.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration across diverse teams, including development, engineering, and operations, to achieve seamless project integration.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders at various levels, both internally and externally.

Resource Allocation: Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and meet project goals.

IoT and Cloud Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of IoT and Cloud technologies to drive innovation and stay ahead of industry trends.

Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal resource utilization.

Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of projects. Track the Assurance KPI as per contract & ensure timely highlights to respective stakeholders for corrective action
